Jack Reed (Sen-RI-S)

  • Senator Jack Reed (RI) and JDRF advocates in Cranston, RI
Senator Jack Reed welcomed JDRF advocates at his Cranston, RI office where he listened as everyone in attendance shared their personal stories and reasons for being there. Eight families were in attendance, and among them were the Ross'. Max Ross, an 11-year-old with type 1, shared a bottle of syringes with the Senator as a reminder of what people living with diabetes deal with on a daily basis. Everyone thanked Senator Reed for his past support and his leadership on important issues affecting people living with type 1 diabetes. Thank you to Senator Reed and his staff for taking the time to listen to these personal stories and for his continued support!
